Mayan Brewing will become the second brewpub in Costa Rica. They will be located in Quepos which is the number on visited tourist are of all of Central America. Mayan Brewing will be offering the only true 100% American Style craft beer of Costa Rica. In the second and third years there will be expansion for 2 to 5 more brewpubs in the top five tourist destinations of the country. The funding needed will be for the purchase of new equipment and also for enough raw material to produce 1 million dollars of beer. Also is the first years operating expenses which will be low do to only needed two employees. The brewmaster is from Colorado and has five years brewing experience and I have a business degree in hospitality and I am also a certified chef from the US. Together they will bring the American Style brewpub experience to Costa Rica for the 2.5 million tourist that visit each year.
