Matabi Technologies provides EntryBase which is a talent sharing platform between Japanese multi lingual talents and non Japanese startup which is trying to step into Japanese market. Japanese government has changed the working policy and now Japanese companies allow employees to work for several companies. EntryBase enables non Japanese companies to hire top multi lingual talents as a part time and hire them as full time employee after checking the cultural fit during the part time.
