The main shareholders of MNK OJSC are: State and Municipal Property Department of the state property - 25%, Marion Alliance - 255, Ost-Contract - 25%, Baston-Torg - 25%. OJSC "Moscow Oil Company" is the owner of a 100% stake in OJSC "Central Fuel Company". The shares of TsTK OJSC were transferred by the Moscow city government as payment for their share in the authorized capital of MNK OJSC.
