MALCOLM LAW is a partnership that started in 2001 among three (3) friends Attys. Vigor D. Mendoza II, Alex Lacson and Fred Mison as founding partners with the aim of providing business, real property, public utilities, government contract, investment estate planning, civil claims, criminal prosecution/defense and immigration among others.
