AIPC is the third largest and one of the fastest-growing producers and marketers of pasta in North America. The Company commenced operations in 1988 with the North American introduction of new, highly-efficient durum wheat milling and pasta production technology. Management believes that the Company's singular focus on pasta, vertically-integrated facilities, continued technological improvements and development of a highly-skilled workforce enable AIPC to produce high-quality pasta at costs below those of many of its competitors.
