• LuxeStreet is a specialty finance firm that provides liquidity services to dealers of luxury timepieces. • Instead of providing traditional loan financing, we structure transactions as purchase agreements in which we purchase assets from the dealer at 60-80% of its appraised value. • Dealers pay us a monthly custodian fee (1.5%-2.0%) for the option to repurchase the asset for up to 12 months. • We are focused on the global luxury watch market, part of the emerging investment-grade luxury asset class.
