LunaLEC develops and sells a type of ink and associated manufacturing method for the production of large and designed LECar (Light-emitting Electrochemical Cells). LEC is a light source and a cheap substitute for OLED in applications such as signs or decorative lights. The production of LECar is cost-effective and does not require a clean room or vacuum chamber. The ink can be applied via simple methods such as roll-to-roll, spray painting and printing. LunaLEC licenses its own manufacturing process and ink recipe to integrators and manufacturers of different lighting applications.
