LUMINOSITY in September 2012 based on a discussion around a commercial idea....They saw a gap in the market for a company that could go beyond simple consultancy. Outsourcing can save a business money, however the downside is that these services can feel removed from the client organisation. LUMINOSITY solves this with innovative and sucessful solutions, bridging this gap and enabling clients and their emplyees to see us as an extended part of their company rather than an agency or contractor.
