Luff is an iPhone app is a manual photography app that allows users to choose and control the manual and automatic modes of their phone cameras. Users can access the camera settings and choose which select which options should be controlled manually and which should be set automatically. They can change the zoom level, focus, ISO, and shutter speed. In M (manual) mode, users can slide their fingers anywhere in the preview area to control the slider and adjust the selected camera setting. Slide closer to the bottom of the screen is used for finer control, which lets users adjust any setting to any value within the possible range. In A (automatic) mode, they can tap their subjects in the preview area to automatically adjust the selected camera setting to the proper value. Luff was launched in 2014 by Giles Van Gruisen.
