About company

Loungers is a British chain of informal, all-day, neighborhood café-bars. Its menu includes burgers, risottos, salads, prawns, omelettes, coffee, soft drinks, tea, milkshakes, draught, wine, bottles and cans, cocktails, tapas, chicken, puddings, sandwiches, panini, fries, garlic bread, onion rings, slaw, soups, and cakes. Loungers also offers a separate menu for kids and vegetarians. It launched in 2010 a second brand, Cosy Club, which offers a slightly more formal occasion with several upscale additions to its food menu and a more extensive drinks offering. Both formats combine elements of casual dining, British pub, and coffee shop culture, appealing to a broad range of occasions and demographics. Loungers has grown over the past five years to nearly 100 sites across the UK. Dave Reid, Alexander Reilley, and Jake Bishop founded it on August 29, 2002. Its headquarters is in Bristol in Great Britain.
