Lodgis is a hotel investment platform formed through a joint venture between Warburg Pincus and Vinacapital. Based on their successful track records in creating scalable businesses, the shareholders' plan is to build a lodging enterprise of multiple brands. With its headquarters in Singapore, Lodgis investment focus will be on Southeast Asia, taking advantage of its seed property assets and existing operating business in Vietnam. Over time or as opportunistic situations arise, the vehicle will broaden its geographic focus. Lodgis will create value by deploying capital in both development projects and operating assets, ideally through the acquisition of existing platforms, brands, and portfolios.
