Locumunity creates a centralized search tool that efficiently matches temporary doctors (aka locums) to physicians, clinics or hospital facilities. They eliminate the need for a recruitment agency. They are unique in that their Locums/employers connect via a two-way search using their matching algorithm, instead of a passive job posting board. Another way to think about us is that they’re the tinder/match.com of medicine versus being craigslist.
