Lower Mainland Laboratories is a service of the Provincial Health Services Authority (PHSA) responsible to provide public laboratory services throughout the Lower Mainland of British Columbia. Hospital-based laboratories in Vancouver Coastal Health, Fraser Health, Providence Health Care and PHSA provide both inpatient and outpatient laboratory services. Their specialty laboratories provide a variety of reference and specialized testing. 70-80% of clinical decisions are based on laboratory test results. Their highly trained staff are committed to providing the highest quality laboratory services to all their clients. Outpatients can visit any of our 32 accessible patient services centres.
