In the 2008 transfer agreement we made a commitment to Liverpool City Council and also our tenants, leaseholders and stakeholders to meet 135 promises. Five years on, we have done that and more. To mark these five strong years, we have produced a review document that captures the work we have done to achieve these promises, which all relate to improving the lives of our tenants and neighbourhoods. It looks at the economic, environmental and social impact we have made during this time and also what we plan to do in the future to build on these achievements.
