Rooted is a lifestyle application that encourages users to keep track of the healthy food choices and physical activities they undertake during a 30-day challenge. The foods and activities are converted into a Rooted score. At the end of the 30-day challenge, the most successful users are recognized and rewarded in a real-world social gathering. Rooted was founded by Casey Weaver in February 2012 and is based in Santa Monica, California.
