It provides a platform for individual investors to invest in and law firms to get funding for commercial litigation. In return, individual investors receive payouts that are completely unrelated to the rest of the market, such as interest-rate rises or stock-market swings. And law firms get to mitigate part of their litigation risks. We use machine learning (ML) techniques to help investors and law firms make data driven decisions.
