LINQS is a proximity communications platform that enables digital interactions with physical products. It builds HTML5 mobile web services for micro-interaction with things, while providing each physical product a unique identity. The platform maps this unique identity to a mobile web service. A customer’s smartphone communicates the unique identity and the usage context to the LINQS platform, for which the LINQS platform serves the mobile web service personalized for the user’s context. The platform is extensible to allow hooking new mobile web services. LINQS was launched in 2013 and is based in Bangalore.
