Chef Lee Locilento passion for food was ignited as a young boy growing up in the small town of Rexdale Ontario, where he spent most of his time in the kitchen with his grandmother, Maria. As a teenager, he worked in various small restaurants learning how to cook both tapestry and fine dinning. With almost 20 years of cooking experience, including working for such prestigious institutions as Magna golf club as sous chef and Beacon hall Today he stands behind the philosophy that every man, women and child should eat good wholesome food and not be gouged by high food prices!
