Guangzhou Lai Tai Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. formerly Guangzhou Shanhe Pharmaceutical Factory, was established in 1992, a state-owned enterprises, in January 1998 by the state-owned enterprises for the conversion of private enterprises in 2002 through the GMP certification, and in July 2002 changed its name to Guangzhou Levin Thai Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Company is located in the South China's political, economic and cultural center of Guangzhou City, is a collection drug research and development, production and sales in one of the modern high-tech enterprises. 2007 by the National Development and Reform assessed as "national high-tech industrialization demonstration project" . In December 2009, it became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kangzaien Group Co., Ltd.
