Let’s Move! Is a comprehensive initiative dedicated to solving the problem of obesity within this generation. Combining comprehensive strategies with common sense, Let’s Move! is about putting children on the path to a healthy future during their earliest months and years. It gives parents helpful information and fostering environments that support healthy choices. It also encourages the provision of healthier foods in schools and more physical activity for children, and also attempts to ensure that every family has access to healthy, affordable food. A song, ""Move Your Body"", was released to promote the campaign called Let's Move! Flash Workout. Let’s Move! Is an initiative started by the First Lady of the United States of America, Michelle Obama, in February 2010.
