Lesico Technologies specializes in the construction of various infrastructure projects. The company was lawfully incorporated in Israel on February 19, 1969, as a private limited company in shares. Following the issuance of the Company's shares to the public and listing on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange on May 25, 2017, the Company became a public company within the meaning of the Companies Law, 1999 ("Companies Law"). In the early 1950s, the company was engaged in the pipeline, fuel and plumbing projects, and maintenance services for such projects. Today, all of these together with Ilan Lashman, Reuven Yariv Leman and Eran Sidi ("the controlling shareholders") lead the company. The company, itself and through companies Its affiliates are involved in the establishment of various types of infrastructure projects in two sectors of activity: establishment and maintenance.
