About company
Leisure Robotics Ltd was started with the sole aim of developing smart tech solutions for the professional sports and leisure sector. Founded by a team of engineers with expertise in a range of engineering, guidance, navigation and control solutions, Leisure Robotics has so far developed it's own sensors, electronics and cloud based software solutions. Project 1 is AthleteDrone, an ambitious project to design, build, test and manufacture a semi-autonomous UAV from the ground up. The project has exposed the team to control theory, sensor fusion challenges and multiple aerodynamic R&D work, which was conducted from the Robotics Lab in Dorset, UK. Project 2 is focused on sensors for human detection. This work is supported by a Patent application currently at the early search phase.
