Leissner is an IT development company developing communication solutions for telecom operators. The company's strength is the flexible and customer-oriented development of new and existing functionality for operators in the telecommunications industry. The Leissner product family includes mobile core components such as HLR/HSS, GGSN/PGW, OCS, GMSC and an MVNE/MVNO core platform SaaS. These mobile core components can be installed on virtual servers with Linux. Leissner's vision is to contribute to breaking up the dominance of large telecom operators by delivering cost-efficient software and establish interoperability for new, fast-growing independent operators. It was founded in 1969 and is based in Trollhättan, Sweden.
