The company's first offering is workflow software for mergers or acquisitions that automates the shareholder vote process, 280G approval process, and the shareholder settlement process. Each workflow has separate data rooms, permission settings, and electronic signature capability so shareholders can access and sign their documents in a secure setting. Administrators are able to audit shareholders in real-time and easily export information (shareholder status, signed letter of transmittals, paying agent info, etc.) to finalize the transaction. A designated representative works with administrators to prepare, execute and finalize all transactions.
