LawStud.io is the first and only online crowdsourcing platform for startups and small businesses to find affordable legal help. We allow businesses to post their legal needs online and lawyers to bid on the legal work through a closed bidding model. Once a business hires a lawyer, the entire transaction takes place through our online platform, which currently supports email, file upload, and real time online chat, and will eventually (in the next couple of months) also support online video conferencing, so businesses and lawyers can conduct transactions from anywhere in the world, as long as there's wifi.
