Lawditor was formed by a group of attorneys and tech geeks who realized the availability of quality legal information is most limited by one thing: cost. When a client comes to a lawyer with a legal problem, the lawyer knows the right questions to ask (or can find them) in order to help the client. But what happens when the client doesn’t yet know he or she has a problem? That’s why legal audits were created in the first place: to ask questions targeting common legal problems to inform clients of problems that haven’t yet reached the lawsuit stage. Lawditor maintains a knowledge base of quality legal research, utilizes software with conditional branching logic (later questions are different based on earlier answers), and makes legal compliance audits affordable for every business.
