LaunchPad Denmark aims to attract entrepreneurs and high-growth startups from all over the world and accelerate their businesses in Denmark using it as a platform to go global. It is an initiative created by the Danish Government, the Ministry of Business and Growth. The firm offers entrepreneurs with two different accelerator programs designed to suit the needs of their startups, Young Talents: a program for new startups or startups in the making; and Global Entrepreneurs: a program for a bit more established startups. It offers capital and funding; hands-on resources; training and workshops; help to obtain permit of work and residence as well as help to accommodation, office space, and access to relevant Danish authorities; and business development and networking opportunities. LaunchPad Denmark was founded in 2013 and is based in Copenhagen, Denmark.
