La Perla Travel Agency was founded by Rafael Oros and Elseline Morsink. Rafael was born in Cusco, Peru where he lived his whole life. He is an official licensed tour guide and is very passionate about Peru. Elseline is from the Netherlands, where she studied International Business & Languages, after which she moved to Peru to live in Cusco. Both have been working in tourism and love to show the beauty of Peru to the world. They founded La Perla Travel Agency in order to be able to create unforgettable experiences for people from all over the world who want to get to know Peru.
