Landhouse develops affordable apartment buildings for middle class Nigerians, funded by a group of people who will each own a unit in the building, and located within 10km radius to their workplace. It's like carpooling, but for home ownership. It reduces each person's cost of owning a home, reduces stress of getting permits and building, reduces commute time, and maximises available land spaces.
