Lambert (Bert) Simonovich, founder and president of Lamsim Enterprises Inc., graduated in 1976 from Mohawk College of Applied Arts and Technology in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada as an Electronic Engineering Technologist. An accomplished professional, he provides customers with innovative technical solutions to formidable design challenges. During a distinguished 32 year career at Nortel, Bert held a variety of hardware design, engineering positions and pioneered several advanced technologies into products. In addition to being an established innovator, with two patent grants and 3 patent applications, Bert has (co-)authored several publications including three award winning papers at DesignCon2009, DesignCon2013 and DesignCon2015. Bert continues to specialize in high speed signal integrity and backplane solutions, and is available as a consultant for your next high speed signal integrity and/or backplane design challenges.
