Laminar Software was founded in 1999 by Robert Barker and Pat Stephenson, Ph.D., both veterans of Transarc Corporation and the IBM Transarc Lab in Pittsburgh, PA. They have been joined by an outstanding team of enterprise software professionals with extensive experience in delivering robust, sophisticated middleware products to e-commerce sites and Fortune 500 companies.
