LaborX is the LinkedIn for the LinkedOut, helping companies who cant find skilled talent tap into a talent pool that has traditionally been ignored. We have pioneered a skill-based matchmaking algorithm that helps companies fill their entry level jobs with skilled candidates, regardless of the jobseekers education, experience, or social capital. We focus on identifying skilled jobseekers from vocational training programs, city agencies, and community colleges.
