Kyma's portfolio of WBGS & UWBGS materials includes GaN, AlGaN, AlN, Ga2O3, and diamond. Kyma also offers plasma vapor deposition (PVD) and hydride vapor phase epitaxy (HVPE) crystal growth systems. Kyma's device product line includes GaN based high speed photoconductive semiconductor switch (PCSS) devices and select custom devices.
