KrafftIT is an environmental health tech startup comprised of two products. Inhale is a smartphone application that aggregates air quality data from the government (ozone, pm 2.5, pollen) and displays it in a patent protected intuitive way for users to plan outdoor activities based on the air quality in their area. It also provides predictions for up to four days to let users plan ahead. The second component is a solar or wifi powered portable unit that connects to Wi-Fi and works with the Inhale app to provide personal, customizable, and powerful data. The data generated by the hardware is hyper local and we will crowd source that information into the app creating even more accurate air quality data. This data will be mapped out to provide more precise and localized information to the user. We anticipate our users to be asthmatic, allergy sensitive, pregnant women, schools, hospitals, and other health conscious individuals.
