Kouch was born as a Hospitality and Technology company in order to help vacation rental property owners and hosts make friends of strangers. We list and manage short term rentals on over 20 property rental sites, guest booking, key exchange, cleaning, maintenance, and guest communication before during and after each reservation. Combining our technology software and data analysts, we utilize our pricing algorithms to continually identify and optimize nightly rental rates. Keeping properties listed and booked could become a full time job, Kouch will give back countless hours to homeowners each week.
