Kommerso is a real estate technology app helping users looking for apartments to find the apartment without using property search engines. The app accomplishes this by having the apartment seeker fill out their personal apartment questioner that allows them to express everything they're looking for in their next apartment, from the price of the apartment, to what vibe there looking for in their next apartment. It partners with caring local agents and brokerage firms works and runs various searches based on the client's criteria to help find the perfect apartment. Jonathan McLaren launched the app in 2017 in Brooklyn, New York.
