Based on the Six + Six Entrepreneurship Ecosystem Model, the company’s strategy for development rests on the premise that no single factor alone moves entrepreneurship forward rather it takes the supportive environment of multiple sectors and actors. This model highlights the six fundamental actions required to build a successful entrepreneurial ecosystem: identify, train, connect and sustain, fund, enable, and celebrate entrepreneurs; and the six participants who must be involved in their implementation: NGOs, corporations, foundations, government, academic institutions, and investors. Koltai was founded by Steven Koltai and is based in Washington, United States.
