It focuses on the generational issues and modern day challenges that make it harder for all family to connect. kin2kin allows for tech savvy kids that are too young for social media, busy parents who need speed and security, and grandparents who want simplicity and a direct connection with all family in one place. Modern family challenges solved for include different time zones, busy schedules, and sensitivities around separated grandparents or blended families. By connecting "households", younger kids are safely administered by parents and wifi devices can be connected or shared. "Loves" or comments go to the person in the photo, allowing for parents to trigger stronger bonds between their kids and family. kin2kin is working with a number of community and commercial organisations that support or inspire youth and seniors; ranging from Alzheimer's, medical alerts, elderly health to sports and schools.
