Khipu is a "Compliance as a Service" platform focused on solving the banking and safety pain points of high risk industries, particularly those that still plague the CBD/cannabis industry today. Khipu was built by a team of payments and banking experts with the mindset of developing solutions targeted to banks that help enable the traditional payments participants to safely and compliantly serve CRBs. Our solution is designed not as a stopgap, but as the long-term solution for the cannabis industry. We believe the way to do this is to remove cash from the system, make the product as safe as products in similar industries, and help governments ensure that they are realizing the expected tax revenue.
