Is used to edit and insure permit compliance for the following features; Zoning and setback requirements, Historical District Editing, Flood Plain Editing, Flood Map Assignment and Date, Zoning Variances, Conditional Use and Special Use, Exempt and Denial Tracking. Reports may be generated daily, weekly and monthly. Once the Planning and Zoning review is complete the plans are approved.
