The Kellogg Fellows Leadership Alliance (KFLA) is a diverse, transnational network of 1700 leaders, activists, innovators, thinkers and doers. We believe groups of committed, talented individuals can come together to make our communities more just. We achieve this through innovative network-building, convenings, initiatives, and best practices helping Kellogg Fellows change the world. The Kellogg Fellows Leadership Alliance creates opportunities for 1,700 Kellogg Fellows from across the world to leave a significant legacy as a result of having participated in leadership development programs through the W.K. Kellogg Foundation. Our mission is to impact the Kellogg Fellows' worldwide network by creating and supporting community engagement and collective action through collaboration and partnership.
