K12 Solar, is an alternative energy company focused exclusively on bringing solar power and energy efficiency to schools, churches, credit unions, charitable organizations and other municipal and tax-exempt entities. We have developed a unique financing structure that allows non-profits to put a solar system without any out of pocket money. Our unique structure sources funds from counties, cities via the commercial PACE program and social investors. This structure allow non profits to monetize the existing solar tax credit.
