They started by doing systems integration for large enterprise clients. Their first client was the largest health insurer in New York, and they needed to collaborate with Bangalore, India. Video conferencing enabled face-to-face knowledge transfer on their claims processing system - and they wanted to make these training sessions searchable in a secure video portal. Their next major client was the U.S. department of defense. At the time, their armed forces were gathering massive amounts of data in the form of paper documents and audiovisual content, which were being digitized. Their mission was to make the audiovisual content searchable by the intelligence community.
