Located in Middletown, Kentucky, JTH Properties, LLC was established in 1998 by Jim Hafendorfer who had the vision of developing a series of flex-space office buildings specifically targeted for small businesses in the Louisville area. His plan was to build a strategically located campus of commercial office buildings near Bluegrass Industrial Park, Eastpoint Business Center and Middletown Industrial and just minutes from downtown Louisville, Kentucky. The campus would be developed in 4 phases. Three of those phases are complete and the fourth and final phase is scheduled to break ground in the spring of 2013.
