JoKno is digitizing the college career fair, adding online efficiency to an analogue concept. JoKno does two things by bringing every employer (interested in college candidates) and every college student into the same digital room and giving them filtration powers. First, it makes it possible for employers to obtain information on a broader range of students who match their basic criteria. Second, it makes it possible for students to find employers looking to fill positions with students like them. While improving the discovery process, JoKno will facilitate the exchange of information necessary to evaluate and create alignment from the outset by eliciting answers within the profiles made by employers and students.
