Jettech Co., Ltd. produces automated equipments in the field of semiconductors. It offers water jet cutting machines to cut semiconductor devices, water jet deflashing machines to remove the flashes on the semiconductor leadframes, electroplating machine for molded leadframes, and laser bonding machine to bond the liquid crystal displays (LCD) modules using laser beam. The company also provides LCD/PDP cleaning systems, laser deflashing systems, and laser engraving/sawing systems. Jettech Co. was founded in 1995 and is based in Incheon, South Korea.
