Rebecca Chiazzese is the Founder and Director of JCTR Ltd. Rebecca has 15 years' experience with projects requiring Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), ranging from local authority applications to Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects. While at Thames Water Rebecca lead engineering projects and later managed Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs) for major upgrades to London’s largest treatment works. During her 10 years at RPS plc, a planning and development consultancy, Rebecca managed EIAs for leisure, residential, mixed use and renewable energy projects across the UK. She managed the EIAs for several wind farms, all of which gained consent, in some cases successfully overturning holding objections related to heritage and ecology. She has a keen eye for issues posing a consenting risk, a proven track record in over-turning standing objections and a strong understanding of the positive influence of targeted consultation.
