Japan Crate facilitates a subscription-based delivery service that enables its customers to obtain boxes of Japanese candy. It also facilitates a community of subscribers and enables its members to connect and share images and videos with each other. Japan Crate delivers three types of candy boxes: mini, original, and premium. The box also consists of booklets that provide its customers with information and instructions to build DIY projects. Japan Crate was founded by Hank Rao in San Francisco, California.
