It's Agreed is a web-based tool for writing, negotiating, and signing contracts. Users can edit contracts in a WYSIWYG editor, or upload any document format, such as PDF or MS Word. Exhibits to the contract, such as blueprints or spreadsheets, can be uploaded and attached. Users sign the contract by checking a box next to an acceptance statement.
