The IT Project Council provides management consultancy with a focus on early risk management in IT projects. It supports the executives behind large government IT projects with advice, practical tools, and systematic risk evaluation of all governmental IT projects exceeding DKK 10 million. The IT Project Council assists the authorities in early management of the risks of the project. Its aim is that the responsible authorities implement IT projects on time and on budget and the anticipated benefits of the project’s business case can be realized. It is comprised of professionals from the public and the private sector. All its members have experience from large IT projects and provide professional and competent counselling. The IT Project Council is based in Københoved.
